Here’s the process to join Packative.
Are you ready to drive innovation together with us?
1. Application Review
· Please apply via email at career@packative.com.
· Feel free to submit your application documents. However, a resume is mandatory.
· Share as much as you’d like about yourself — we’d love to get to know you. Please submit your portfolio in PDF format if possible.
2. First Interview
· Candidates who pass the resume screening will be invited to a first-round interview, either online or in person. (For online interviews via Google Meet, please join from a quiet place with a stable internet connection.)
· We’ll have a casual conversation based on your application and portfolio.
· The interview will be conducted by the HR manager and a team member, and will last approximately 30 minutes.
3. Second Interview
· The second interview will be held in-person at the Packative office.
· We’ll explore in more depth the topics covered in your first interview.
· The interview will be conducted by the HR manager, team members, and the CEO, and will last approximately 1 hour.
4. Final Acceptance
· Only candidates who pass the second interview will have a one-on-one discussion about salary and other benefits.
· We’ll finalize the required documents and agree on your official start date.

✔️ General Notes
· All positions include a maximum 3-month probation period, after which a decision will be made. (This does not apply to interns or those with a fixed contract period.)
· If any false information is found in your application, your offer may be revoked even after hiring confirmation.
· Please ensure your name, contact information, and other details are accurate when applying.
· Interview schedules will be shared only with candidates who pass the application review. There are no dress code requirements, so feel free to join in comfortable attire.
· Each stage requires 4-5 business days for internal coordination. The HR manager will contact you once the review process is complete.

For developer positions, the recruitment process is as follows:
Application & Document Screening → 1st Interview → Peer Coding Test → 2nd Interview → Final Offer
💻 Coding Assignment
· A link to the coding assignment will be sent via email after the second interview.
· The assignment will be conducted live via Google Meet and will be explained in that session.
· A Packative developer will join the session. Feel free to ask questions (except those directly related to the task).
· Complete the given task within the allotted time.
